A delicious and moist cake, made without added sugar. The delicious taste of the ripe bananas goes really well with the rich and indulgent cacao... You won’t even tell it doesn’t contain any refined oil, sugar or dairy.

If you don't know already, banana bread is quite of a stable in my household... All because of the fact that it's literally the easiest and most versatile snack or breakfast you can possibly make. The hardest part is waiting for the banana to become ripe before you use them.

This recipe uses the base of a simple banana bread recipe I've developped over time. It's refined sugar-free, dairy-free and and uses almond butter instead of regular butter. This time I wanted to upgrade a bit my weekly banana bread, and this marble design came to my mind. It's incredible how easy this switch is, but also how much it changes a really basic loaf of banana bread.

It's delicious on it's own, but we love to add either jelly, peanut butter or some honey on top for a nice and easy snack. For a nice and filling breakfast, I usually eat one or two slices of it and a cutted up green apple. Another great thing about it is the fact that you can keep the sliced banana bread for up to 6 days in the fridge, but it's better warmed up then. It also freezes very nicely.

I've written down the recipe for you, so without further do, lets dive in !
